First Time Attendees

Pathfinders will be available to help you find your way. Pathfinders is a volunteer group dedicated to mentoring first-time conference visitors. The Pathfinders team can offer detailed explanations and descriptions of all SIGGRAPH programs or venues and help you build a schedule based on your personal skills and interests.

Pathfinders is located in West Building, Ballroom Lobby, and will be available 9–13 August during the following times:

  • Sunday, 10 August | 8 am–2 pm
  • Monday, 11 August | 8 am–2 pm
  • Tuesday, 12 August | 8 am–12 pm
  • Wednesday, 13 August | 8 am–12 pm

Food Services

There are plenty of food options near the Vancouver Convention Centre, with several options across the street from the Vancouver Convention Centre East and West buildings at the Waterfront Food Court (below the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel).

Lost and Found

Lost and found items will be taken to the Vancouver Convention Centre Guest Services Information Desk (at the globe entrance) in the West Building during SIGGRAPH 2025. Once the conference is over, and the move-out is complete, lost items will be left at the Vancouver Convention Centre for attendees to claim for up to 30 days following the conference. Attendees can call the 24-hour guest services telephone number (+1.604.647.7299) to inquire about any lost items during the conference. All SIGGRAPH-week items will be kept separate from the current inventory of lost items so they can be easily identified.
