AI Software Engineer
DescriptionWe are looking for an AI software engineer to design, develop, and deliver next-generation AI products and systems. This role focuses on AI software engineering and productization, driving innovation across algorithms, systems, and toolchains in areas such as large models, generative AI, computer vision, autonomous driving, intelligent decision-making, and recommendation systems.

Responsibilities
1. Lead software engineering and product development for AI-related applications and platforms.
Design and implement AI algorithms and systems, including but not limited to neural networks, machine learning, computer vision, autonomous driving, path planning, intelligent decision-making, recommendation systems, large models, and generative AI.
2. Develop toolchains, integrate software modules, and conduct debugging and performance tuning.
Monitor industry trends in AI, including large models, generative AI, and AI for coding, and evaluate their potential impact on products and platforms.
Location Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, Beijing, Hangzhou, etc.

Description of Position: PhD; Undergraduate degree; Full-Time; Desired Level of Education: Master’s degree
Other Skills or Experience: 1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with experience in at least one large-scale software project and independently leading development of core modules. 2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++ / Java / Python / Rust, etc.). Familiarity with mainstream deep learning frameworks and prior experience in AI algorithm development or deployment is a strong plus. 3. Solid understanding of computer system architecture and operating systems; hands-on experience with heterogeneous computing platforms, hardware accelerators, concurrent programming, low-level debugging, and Linux/ROS. 4. Knowledge in at least one of the following: deep neural networks, computer vision, robotics navigation and localization, motion planning, machine learning algorithms, knowledge graphs, or data analysis/mining/modeling, with the ability to optimize algorithm implementation for hardware. 5. Understanding of coding standards, best practices, and design patterns; experience in object-oriented design (OOD) or mainstream software frameworks is preferred.
