Aubrie Amstutz
Biography
Aubrie is a cognitive linguist dedicated to dismantling systematic oppression and amplifying marginalized voices through technology. She specializes in applying empirical linguistic research to investigate how societal biases in language data create new forms of harm in human-technology interactions. Her work has addressed anti-accent stigma in second language development, developed fair product policies for text-based social features, and conducted research into Responsible AI concerns in language systems. With a decade of technology experience, she brings a critical perspective focused on ethical value creation rather than market valuation.
