Viktoria Rucker is a visual effects producer at Image Engine, where she brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality visual effects. Most recently, she produced Dune: Prophecy for the studio.

Before joining Image Engine, Viktoria produced Slumberland at ILP in Stockholm and worked on the final season of His Dark Materials at Framestore London, where she was promoted to visual effects producer to oversee Wonka.

Earlier in her career, Viktoria spent nearly five years at RISE Visual Effects Studios in Germany. She began as a VFX coordinator on shows like Dark, Avengers: Endgame, and Dumbo, progressed to line producer on projects like Captain Marvel, Doctor Sleep, and Shazam!, and later produced Gunpowder Milkshake and Lisey’s Story. As Head of Studio at RISE’s Stuttgart office, she played a key role in expanding the team from 15 to 50 artists.

Viktoria holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Audiovisual Media from Stuttgart Media University and completed an exchange semester at Nanyang Technological University’s ADM in Singapore. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in empathy and resilience, inspired by leaders like Jacinda Ardern who lead with both strength and compassion. She is a proud member of Women in Animation and a strong advocate for continuous learning, actively engaging in both personal and professional development to support inclusive, thriving teams.
