Dr John Femiani is a full professor in the Department of Software Engineering and Computer Science at Miami University. His research is applied and interdisciplinary with a focus on computer graphics, computer vision, remote sensing, machine learning/AI, and 3D geometry. Awards include AzTE 2006 “Innovator of the Year”, the Late Sydney R. Parker Best Paper Award in the area of Signal Processing and M. N. S. Swamy Best Paper Award.
