I'm the guy who believes in you even when you doubt yourself. Who helps you to grow into the respected, influential leader you want to be, by building the unique frameworks you need to help you problem solve, delegate, and communicate effectively. Who helps you see your strengths as well as your blind spots, so it's easier to navigate uncertainties and build a less emotionally charged perception of business, professional, and personal risks. I'm also the guy you bring in when team dynamics are not working, or when that team member you just can't do without needs a kick up the butt to learn to play nice with others. You got this far without me, just imagine how much further you could go with the right help.

I'm a professional coach, trained and certified in several different methodologies, and adaptable to suit your specific needs. Just as importantly I have a background of nearly 25 years a variety of technology, creative, and management roles, in global corporations and scrappy start-ups, and contributed to the VFX in over 50 Hollywood movies from Harry Potter to Dune. So I can directly relate to many of the day to day and systemic challenges you face now and in the future.
