Dr. Ritwik Murali is an Assistant Professor at the Amrita School of Computing, Coimbatore, with a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Algorithms and Computer Security. His research focuses on cybersecurity, neuroevolution, software engineering, and computing education. He regularly publishes in leading conferences such as GECCO, EDUCON, TALE, and EvoStar, as well as in journals like Expert Systems with Applications (ESWA). A recipient of the Intel oneAPI Innovator Award and Deloitte Innovation Award, he mentors students through IEEE and ACM mentoring programs and is a two-time Smart India Hackathon winner.
