Biography
Sine Özbilge is a Belgium-based multidisciplinary visual artist, academic, and XR director. She lectures at the Animation Faculty of LUCA School of Arts while directing films and interactive media at Lunanime and Cinnamon Entertainment. Her work delves into themes such as post-net aesthetics, digital artifacts, cyberfeminism, the subconscious, technology, and human behavior. Known for blending animation, live-action, and emerging technologies, Sine crafts compelling and innovative narratives that have been showcased at prestigious venues including the Berlinale, Ars Electronica, Sharjah Art Foundation, BOZAR, Istanbul Museum of Modern Art, Ann Arbor, and the BFI. She frequently collaborates with visual artist and director Imge Özbilge.
