SUMMARY:Physically Based Simulation and Human Factors for Computer Graphic
 s
DESCRIPTION:John Richardson (GFC)\n\nThis CG and Simulation themed BOF foc
uses on three main topics. The first is high order acurate computational s
cience that mimics the system being simulated. The second involves human f
actors in virtual reality for accessable simulation user interfaces. The t
hird focuses on Augmented Intelligence tools and logic including computer
algebra and IoT data acquisition. There will also be forays into special t
opics such as FORTRAN 2018 and computational science, parallel data flow f
or IoT, programming in English (and French) and the impact of augmented in
telligence. Lastly, there may be some insights on numerical weather predic
tion and industrial plumes.\n\nInterest Area: New Technologies, Research &
Education\n\nRecording: Not Livestreamed, Not Recorded\n\nKeyword: Artifi
cial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Digital Twins, Math Foundations and Th
eory, Simulation\n\nRegistration Category: Full Conference, Experience\n\n
