 ractive installation where visitors can see themselves composed from numer
 ous cut-outs on a video screen. Thousands of programmed and animated ants 
 carry bits and pieces of the live video image and constantly recompose thi
 s video feed bit by bit. Visitors watch themselves appearing and disappear
 ing as the laborious ants assemble steadily their portraits. Similar to le
 af-cutter ants, these artificial animals get never tired to create and rec
