 resents how NASA Earth science reaches global audiences through compelling
  data-driven visualizations. As scientific data grows increasingly complex
  and voluminous, the challenge lies in transforming data into meaningful, 
 accessible knowledge. NASA team members bridge this gap by working closely
  with scientists and mission teams to create innovative visualizations tha
 t make intricate Earth phenomena universally understandable. These visuali
 zations transform complex datasets into captivating narratives that advanc
 e both science and public understanding.\n\nThis production session showca
 ses the making of public facing NASA exhibits and new works in development
  including data dashboards that visualize near real-time extreme events as
  they happen, such as wildfires and disasters to name a few. In addition, 
 the session reveals the processes of creating visualizations of atmospheri
 c phenomena using state-of-the-art models that in turn are used as high-qu
 ality training data to fuel AI innovation.\n\nA multidisciplinary team of 
 artists, engineers, and data visualization experts demonstrates their proc
 ess for creating large-scale data-driven media that engages diverse audien
 ces. Building on their expertise working with Earth science data, the team
  reveals both technical challenges and creative breakthroughs encountered 
 when transforming complex scientific datasets into compelling visual narra
 tives—from initial concept development through final production. Attendees
  will discover cutting-edge approaches to artistic direction, scientific m
 odels, computational techniques, and robust pipeline development. The pres
 entation explores powerful storytelling strategies, technical implementati
 on methods, and emerging research opportunities that advance multi-dimensi
 onal storytelling that conveys scientific insights and inspires wonder.\n\
