SUMMARY:Research Scientist – OS Windowing and Graphics System
DESCRIPTION:We are building the next-generation terminal operating system,
and we’re looking for a visionary research scientist to lead the design o
f our display system stack—from window management and rendering pipelines
to desktop system environments. You will work at the core of OS–hardware i
ntegration to deliver industry-best GUI performance, power efficiency, and
user experience.\n\nThis is a strategic role for someone who can bridge a
rchitecture, engineering, and system-level innovation across platforms.\n\
nResponsibilities:\n1. Lead architecture and development of the OS windowi
ng and display stack, including display services, window system, GUI rende
ring, and compositor.\n2. Optimize system performance and energy efficienc
y through deep vertical integration with the OS kernel and XPU hardware.\n
 3. Drive research and implementation of advanced 2D graphics technologies—
e.g., minimalist rendering pipelines and data-driven UI rendering framewor
ks.\n4. Design a high-performance animation framework with modular archite
 cture and hardware acceleration.\n\n
